Christopher F. O'Donohoe (New Hampton)
Received his BA in 1972 from Carleton College. He received his JD in 1975 from Columbia University in New York. He was a member of the YLS: Juvenile Law Section 1975-1980, Chairman 1978-1980. Family Law Committee, 1978-1987, Chairman 1983-1984 . He was also on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Uniform Child Support Guidelines, 1986-1988. He is a member of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, Iowa Defense Counsel, the Iowa State Bar Association (Family Law Committee), and the Chickasaw county Bar Association. His practice focuses on probate, commercial litigation, complex business and financial planning, real estate, tax and agricultural law.
Judith M. O'Donohoe (Charles City)
Received her BA from Carleton College in 1973. She graduated Cum Laude from New York University with a JD in 1976. She was a Juvenile Referee from 1979-1984. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and the Floyd County Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice include: plaintiff’s personal injury, complex bankruptcy, school law (representative clients include seven school districts), employment law, and criminal defense.
Joseph P. Braun (Cresco)
Received his BA in 1990 from the University of Minnesota. He attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law graduating with a JD in 1994. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, The Howard County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, and the Iowa Municipal Attorneys Association. He is the City Attorney for Cresco, Chester and Alta Vista. His major areas of practice are estate planning, probate, real estate, income tax, municipal law and school law.
Jeremiah W. White (West Union)
Graduated Cum Laude in 2001 with his BA degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa with his JD in 2004. He was admitted to practice in Minnesota in 2004. He was a staff writer and a member of the editorial board of the Iowa Law Review. He is a member of the Iowa State and Minnesota State Bar Associations, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. He is the City Attorney for West Union and Randalia. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate, real estate, income tax, municipal law and school law.
